Senior Scientific Project Manager

Job Summary

Managing project oversight for a biopharmaceutical client, the full-time remote Senior Scientific Project Manager will execute analytical testing and method development while providing technical support and ensuring compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).

Key responsibilities:

• Lead vendor management and contracting with third-party lab service providers for assay development and validation
• Coordinate study logistics, including critical reagent supply and sample analysis, while collaborating with clinical trial teams
• Ensure accurate documentation and data delivery, including clinical trial documents and data transfer specifications

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences or related field
• 2-3 years of experience in drug development and/or clinical trial processes for Scientific Project Manager; 5-6 years for Senior Scientific Project Manager
• Experience with method development, validation, and troubleshooting in regulatory environments (GLP/GCP)
• PMP certification and formal change management training strongly preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including MS Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
