Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Scientific Writer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the preparation and editing of grant proposals and scientific documents, ensuring compliance with funding guidelines
• Synthesize complex scientific findings into concise narratives for diverse audiences and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Coordinate and manage the grant-writing and manuscript publication processes, including timelines and submission requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Advanced degree (MD, PhD, or MD/PhD) in a relevant field, with a strong background in cancer biology or clinical/translational research
• Extensive experience in scientific writing, grant development, and manuscript preparation
• Deep understanding of cancer research, including mechanistic studies and disparities in cancer care
• Familiarity with research-related software for data analysis and visualization
• Knowledge of current regulations and guidelines related to cancer research and grants management
