Senior Scientist Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Scientist/Engineer to support research projects for the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide research support on projects for the U.S. EPA, states, and nonprofit organizations
• Review Superfund site documents, perform mathematical modeling, and write and edit reports
• Analyze and interpret scientific data for various projects

Required Qualifications and Education

• Ph.D. plus 5 years of experience with hazardous waste remediation
• Applied experience with quantitative research activities in an academic or professional setting
• Experience developing written products for technical and non-technical audiences
