Senior Scientist in Medical Physics

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Scientist / Engineer (Medical Physics / Biophysics / Biomedical Engineering) to work remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist and advise the Program Manager on the development and progress of R&D programs
• Conduct technical evaluations of the R&D landscape to identify research gaps and needs
• Monitor performers' progress toward established metrics and prepare internal reports/briefings

Required Qualifications

• PhD in Physics, Medical Physics, Biophysics, Biomedical Engineering, or related fields
• At least four years of industry or medical institution experience, preferably with regulatory affairs
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, including the ability to create presentations and spreadsheets quickly
• Ability to obtain a federal government Public Trust clearance
• Professional curiosity and a continuous drive for learning
