Senior Scientist in Privacy

Job Summary

To advance capabilities in generating synthetic data and privacy-preserving AI, the full-time Senior Scientist in Privacy will build LLM-based methods, optimize task-specific models, and design open-source libraries, collaborating with various teams in a remote or onsite environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build LLM-based methods for synthetic data generation and context-aware anonymization with automated evaluation
• Optimize task-specific LLMs for low-latency, high-throughput inference and scale frameworks for real-time operation
• Design and maintain open-source libraries and SDKs, ensuring clean APIs and strong documentation

Required qualifications

• PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of research experience in applied LLM/NLP, synthetic data generation, or related areas
• Proven track record of developing or maintaining software libraries for a broad developer community
• Strong publication record at premier machine learning and AI conferences
