Senior Scientist - Massachusetts Licensed

Job Summary

Responsible for planning and overseeing logistical activities for bioanalytical and biomarker sample management, the full-time Senior Scientist - Massachusetts Licensed will work remotely to support clinical studies by ensuring high-quality sample tracking and compliance with regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate bioanalytical and biomarker specimen strategies across multiple clinical programs, ensuring adherence to quality and regulatory standards
• Develop clinical sample management plans and contribute to clinical study protocols, ensuring accurate handling and processing of samples
• Manage lifecycle activities of biospecimen samples, collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners for effective sample management

Required qualifications

• PhD in a scientific discipline with 3+ years of experience, or MS with 9+ years, or BS with 11+ years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of drug development and clinical study principles, particularly in bioanalysis and biomarkers
• Experience with sample management activities and familiarity with FDA & ICH/GCP regulations
• Proficiency in sample management platforms and analytical methods related to clinical studies
• Demonstrated ability to lead small teams and manage cross-functional collaborations
