Job Summary

Focused on advancing siRNA research, the full-time remote Senior Scientist - siRNA Off-Target Analysis will design and execute off-target assessments, produce regulatory reports, and develop computational tools for data analysis and visualization.

Key responsibilities
  • Building and enhancing scalable computational transcriptomics workflows for siRNA off-target assessments
  • Applying biological and statistical methods to interpret data and communicate potential risks collaboratively
  • Producing rigorous weight-of-evidence outputs for regulatory submissions and maintaining reusable computational tools
Required qualifications
  • Doctorate degree (PhD, PharmD, or MD) or a Master's degree with 3 years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's degree with 5 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in computational biology, bioinformatics, or data science
  • Strong programming skills in Python and R, with experience in developing reproducible computational workflows
  • Background in transcriptomic data analysis, including bulk and single-cell RNA-seq
  • Familiarity with nonclinical safety data and toxicology in drug development
