Job Summary
Leading preclinical laboratory studies, the full-time Senior Scientist, Translational Development will manage multiple immune-oncology late-stage programs while interfacing with research scientists to support translational strategies and deliver critical data.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preclinical/laboratory studies to support Translational Medicine research goals
- Deliver data for translational strategies including biomarkers, patient selection, and combination strategies
- Collaborate with research scientists to ensure effective communication and project strategy alignment
Required Qualifications
- PhD with at least 2 years of relevant experience in immune-oncology, hematology, or immunology
- Strong publication record in high-tier scientific journals
- Experience with multi-parameter flow cytometry and cellular assays
- Proficiency in conducting in vivo efficacy studies and tumor immunophenotyping
- Experience in developing preclinical strategies for clinical development and lifecycle management
