Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate agile ceremonies for multiple Product Squads
Support Product Managers/Owners in backlog management and product delivery
Identify and remove impediments hindering squad goals and value delivery

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in software development
Certification in Scrum or Agile from a recognized body
Experience working with blockchain and cryptocurrency technologies
Passion for learning new technologies in the blockchain industry
English and Spanish fluency is advantageous
