Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Scrum Master.
Key Responsibilities:
- Foster teamwork and team effectiveness as a servant leader, scrum master, and coach for team(s)
- Facilitate various Scrum ceremonies necessary for delivering a high-quality solution
- Lead collaboration of stakeholders through ambiguity or conflict to deliver business strategy
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Experience as a scrum master (2+ years)
- First level Certified Scum Master or other relevant Agile project management certifications
- Proven track record of using Agile methodologies in high-tech development environments
- Experienced with Agile Work Management Tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, etc
