Job Summary

- Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies
- Mentor and coach less experienced Scrum Masters and team members
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and foster a high-performing Agile environment
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of relevant experience in software development execution using Agile methodology
- Advanced Scrum Master Certification, required
- Experience in mentoring and coaching teams
- Proficiency in setting and producing meaningful sprint metrics
- Experience with ADO or similar tools for tracking and managing development work
