Senior Scrum Master

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Scrum Master to join their team remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor the scrum process from initiation through delivery
• Serve as a liaison between the product owner, development team, and management to ensure alignment on goals and requirements
• Maintain product backlog and release plan while facilitating productivity by removing impediments

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience/certification
• 5+ years of relevant experience with a degree or 7+ years without a degree
• Preferred certifications include CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master, or CSP-SM
• Proven experience in coordinating and monitoring the Scrum process
• Strong background in identifying and removing impediments impacting sprint progress
