Senior Scrum Master

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Scrum Master to provide leadership and coaching to agile teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate agile ceremonies and manage project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget
• Remove impediments to project progress and monitor team dynamics
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert for agile methodologies and manage dependencies between scrum teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I) preferred
• 4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, project manager, or technical lead
• Experience with various Agile methodologies and techniques
• Ability to develop positive working relationships with peers and management
