Senior Scrum Master

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Scrum Master contractor to lead and manage scrum teams in complex Agile programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead scrum ceremonies and facilitate problem-solving to enhance work delivery for product and program teams
• Plan and manage software releases to ensure timely updates and delivery of planned benefits
• Facilitate backlog refinement and optimize resource deployment to maximize business value

Required Qualifications:

• Master's Degree or equivalent level preferred
• 10+ years of experience in relevant roles
• Experience in supervising and directing people and resources for specific outcomes
• Experience in retail or payment technology is a plus
• Experience with Manhattan systems is desirable
