Senior Scrum Master

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Scrum Master to lead and manage scrum teams in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead scrum ceremonies and facilitate problem-solving to enhance team effectiveness
• Plan and replan software releases to ensure timely delivery of program benefits
• Manage program risks and issues, developing solutions as necessary

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in a relevant field
• Experience as an RTE or Agile Coach is preferred
• Master's Degree or equivalent level preferred
• Experience supervising and directing teams to achieve specific results
• Retail experience is a plus
