Senior Scrum Master

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Scrum Master (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitates team progress towards goals and organizes Scrum ceremonies
• Enhances communication and collaboration between teams, representing them in program-level meetings
• Identifies and eliminates impediments, fostering a Lean-Agile mindset within the team and organization

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field, or 4 additional years of relevant work experience
• 8 years of experience in Lean and Agile methodologies, with at least 3 years as a Scrum Master or Kanban lead
• Certified Scrum Master (CSP) required; SAFe Scrum Master Certification preferred
• Experience leading multiple Agile teams and driving agile maturity
• Knowledge of Lean Agile frameworks, including Scrum and SAFe
