Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Scrum Master to lead product teams in Agile processes and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitates collaboration and development within Scrum teams to enhance productivity
• Creates and analyzes team metrics to coach teams towards higher Agile maturity
• Removes impediments and fosters a trusting environment for effective problem-solving

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 5 years of experience in Scrum/Agile methodologies
• 2 years of experience coaching teams and providing work direction
• Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Proven customer focus and ability to lead diverse teams
