Senior Scrum Master

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Scrum Master to lead and coach agile teams in technology development.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate agile ceremonies and manage project plans, including scope, schedule, and resource allocation
• Remove impediments to project progress and promote continuous communication within teams
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert for agile methodologies and manage dependencies between scrum teams and third parties

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I) preferred
• 4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or project manager in a software development environment
• Experience with various Agile methodologies and techniques
• Proven ability to navigate complex organizational landscapes and relationships
