Senior Scrum Master

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Scrum Master to support data, AI, and platform engineering teams in an agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all core agile ceremonies to ensure consistent execution and continuous improvement
• Support engineering and data teams by removing impediments and managing workflow
• Track cross-team dependencies and escalate issues to ensure alignment and momentum

Required Qualifications

• 3-7 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead supporting technical teams
• Strong understanding of front-end and back-end engineering concepts, including APIs and data pipelines
• Hands-on experience applying Scrum and agile principles in engineering environments
• Ability to communicate progress, risks, and dependencies to various stakeholders
• Organized and proactive in environments with ambiguity and evolving requirements
