Key Responsibilities

Facilitate backlog refinement for journey orchestration, personalization, and integration features
Support cross-functional collaboration between product, engineers, analysts, and data teams
Manage Agile ceremonies, team metrics, and PI planning

Required Qualifications

SAFe agile experience
Experience with Adobe AEM, CJA, or AJO
Healthcare experience is required
Experience in facilitating Agile ceremonies
Ability to work in a remote environment
