Senior Scrum Master

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Scrum Master to enhance team effectiveness and support the Product Owner in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coach the team on agile principles and practices, adapting methodologies to fit the team's needs
• Take ownership of Scrum Master responsibilities to allow the Product Owner to focus on product strategy
• Facilitate discussions and improve delivery flow using metrics and effective ceremonies

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Agilist with mature teams
• Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid agile models
• Hands-on experience with story writing, backlog refinement, and prioritization
• Ability to coach without authority and influence through facilitation
• Comfortable working in non-traditional agile environments
