Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Scrum Master (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Facilitates team progress towards goals, leading Agile practices and continuous improvement
Enhances communication and relationships between teams, coordinating work for improved flow and effectiveness
Eliminates impediments by engaging stakeholders and improving transparency within the team/ART

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field, or 4 years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree
8 years of experience with Lean and Agile methodologies, including 3 years as a Scrum Master or Kanban lead
Preferred Scrum Master Certification
Experience leading multiple Agile teams to maturity and improved outcomes
Knowledge of Lean Agile values, principles, and frameworks such as Scrum and SAFe
