Senior Scrum Master
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Scrum Master to support agile software development teams and drive efficient delivery of business and technology initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as Scrum Master for multiple Agile teams, facilitating Scrum ceremonies and guiding delivery
- Coach development teams and stakeholders on Agile principles and best practices
- Identify and remove impediments to enhance team productivity and maintain focus on sprint goals
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree is required
- Scrum Master certification (CSM or equivalent)
- Experience in a Scrum Master role supporting Agile development teams
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban
- Proven ability in stakeholder management and facilitation
