Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Scrum Master (REMOTE).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead scrum ceremonies and facilitate problem-solving to enhance team effectiveness
• Plan and manage software releases for complex programs to ensure timely delivery
• Manage risks and issues associated with programs, implementing solutions as necessary

Required Qualifications

• Master's Degree or equivalent level preferred
• Over 3 to 6 years of relevant experience
• 1 to 3 years of managerial experience supervising teams
• Experience in agile methodologies and project management
• Ability to facilitate collaboration and drive continuous improvement
