Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scrum Master Sr.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitates Scrum Team(s) and ensures adherence to Agile principles while coaching teams on the Scrum Framework
• Organizes and facilitates Scrum ceremonies, tracks team progress, and removes impediments to maintain focus on priorities
• Collaborates with Product Owner(s) to prioritize backlog items based on business value

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required
• 5+ years of relevant industry experience is necessary
• Experience with Agile Methodology and Scrum practices is preferred
• Certifications in relevant fields may be beneficial
• Comparable education and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
