Senior Scrum Master

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Scrum Master / Release Train Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Coaching and mentoring Scrum Masters to enhance agile maturity and consistency
• Facilitating ART-level ceremonies and assessing team-level agile practices for improvement
• Tracking program-level metrics and building a community of practice among Scrum Masters

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, business, or a relevant field preferred
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) required; SAFe Agilist (SA), SAFe RTE, or SAFe SPC certification strongly preferred
• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead capacity
• Demonstrated experience coaching and mentoring other Scrum Masters or agile practitioners
• Deep working knowledge of agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe
