Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Scrum Master to support their Field Experience team.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate Agile ceremonies to ensure Agile best practices are followed
Act as a mentor and coach for Scrum teams, promoting high-performance and continuous improvement
Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and refine product backlogs

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
Scrum Master certification is preferred
At least 8 years of relevant experience as a Scrum Master, ideally in the insurance or financial services sector
Proven ability to lead Scrum events and PI planning
Strong technical background with experience mentoring across development, testing, and business analysis disciplines
