Senior Scrum Master

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Scrum Master who will oversee strategic planning and execution of program goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage resources and budgets to meet financial and delivery targets across project lifecycles
• Develop new standards and processes for Agile delivery while serving as a subject matter expert
• Identify and resolve systemic bottlenecks, ensuring operational excellence and program success

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS degree with 12-15 years of relevant experience, or a master's degree with 10-13 years of experience
• Minimum of 5+ years in a Scrum Master or Agile Lead role with experience in managing program-level budgets
• Expert-level experience with Jira, including complex JQL and workflow customization
• Broad management and leadership knowledge to lead project or program teams effectively
• Expert knowledge of industry practices and advanced techniques in Agile methodologies
