Senior Scrum Master

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Scrum Master I to guide and support Scrum teams in delivering high-quality products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Development and Product teams for effective planning and estimation
• Coach Scrum teams in Agile principles and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies
• Build and maintain Jira dashboards for tracking project progress and stakeholder visibility

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• Scrum Certification: CSM (Advanced Certified ScrumMaster)
• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment
• Experience coaching and supporting 2-3 Scrum teams simultaneously
• 7+ years of total experience in Scrum, project management, or program management
