Senior Scrum Master

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Scrum Master who will serve as a servant leader and agile coach.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a true Scrum Master, embedding agile principles and values across squads
• Coach squads to enhance agile maturity, self-organization, and accountability
• Partner with Product Owners to improve backlog readiness and stakeholder collaboration

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of dedicated Scrum Master experience
• Demonstrated success in coaching teams from low to high agile maturity
• Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and Agile principles
• Proven ability to influence without authority and address organizational impediments
• Experience in coaching, facilitation, and conflict resolution
