Senior Scrum Master

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Agile/Scrum Master to support the Army's Enterprise DevSecOps Platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Agile events for senior technical teams, including sprint planning and retrospectives
• Partner with Product Owners to prioritize backlog content and manage team performance metrics
• Facilitate communication and alignment across engineering teams while ensuring compliance with governance and security requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 5-7+ years of demonstrated Scrum Master experience with technical teams
• DOD active secret clearance required
• Strong background in DevSecOps, cloud, cybersecurity, or enterprise platform teams
• Agile certification required (CSM, PSM, SAFe, PMI-ACP, etc.)
