Senior Scrum Master

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Scrum Master / Release Train Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor Scrum Masters to enhance agile maturity and consistency
• Facilitate ART-level ceremonies and assess team-level agile practices for improvement
• Serve as Scrum Master for one to two teams, ensuring adherence to agile principles and managing delivery

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, business, or a relevant field preferred
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) required; SAFe Agilist (SA), SAFe RTE, or SAFe SPC certification preferred
• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, including 2 years in a senior or lead capacity
• Experience coaching and mentoring other Scrum Masters or agile practitioners
• Deep knowledge of agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe
