Senior Scrum Master

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior Scrum Master will facilitate Agile practices for multiple teams, enabling high performance and continuous improvement while managing dependencies and risks across workstreams.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies for multiple teams, including Sprint Planning and Retrospectives
• Coach teams in Agile best practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement
• Identify and manage cross-team dependencies, risks, and impediments to ensure smooth delivery

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in IT or Computer Science, or 4 years of related experience
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master, leading multiple Agile teams
• Experience with Scaled Agile Frameworks; SAFe experience is a plus
• Hands-on experience with Jira software in an IT environment
• Knowledge of the healthcare industry preferred
