Senior Scrum Master

Job Summary

Driving Agile adoption and execution, the full-time Senior Scrum Master will coach and mentor teams, facilitate Scrum events, and collaborate with stakeholders to optimize delivery and enhance transparency in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Agile execution and delivery by applying best practices to manage complex sprints
• Coach Scrum teams through estimation and planning techniques while ensuring alignment on sprint goals
• Facilitate Scrum events and support product delivery by managing risks and collaborating with Product Owners

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, business, or a related field preferred
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) preferred
• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, with at least 3 years in complex Agile environments
• Experience in data warehousing and enterprise reporting environments preferred
• Strong knowledge of Scrum principles, Agile methodologies, and Lean-Agile practices
