Senior Scrum Master

Job Summary

Coaching multiple agile teams, the full-time Senior Scrum Master will facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives while removing impediments to ensure successful delivery of complex initiatives in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives across cross-functional initiatives
• Proactively identify, track, and remove impediments to optimize flow and increase delivery efficiency
• Coach Scrum Masters and delivery teams to improve practices and align agile maturity

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university
• 4 years of experience in agile environments or IT project leadership
• Proven experience coaching teams and leading agile transformations
• Experience with scaled agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, Nexus)
• Advanced agile certifications (e.g., A-CSM, SAFe, ICP-ACC) preferred
