Senior Scrum Master
Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Senior Scrum Master in a full-time remote role, the candidate will manage 2-3 Scrum teams, coach Agile practices, and facilitate Scrum ceremonies to enhance team performance and product delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with Development and Product teams to guide estimation and planning activities for the OneStream Platform
- Coach and mentor Scrum teams in Agile principles, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies and ensure Agile processes are documented and refined for team success
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Scrum Certification: CSM (Advanced Certified ScrumMaster)
- 5+ years of dedicated Scrum Master experience in a software development environment
- Experience coaching and supporting 2-3 Scrum teams simultaneously
- 7+ years of total experience in Scrum, project management, or program management
