Senior Scrum Master

Job Summary

To support multiple product teams, the full-time Senior Scrum Master will lead initiatives, coach teams on Scrum practices, and ensure alignment of priorities while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide expert consulting to the Product Owner on product roadmaps and release plans
• Lead multiple product teams, monitoring progress and removing obstacles to achieve deliverables
• Foster self-organization and cross-team collaboration, facilitating discussions and conflict resolution

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• 4-6 years in a lead role on projects or scrum teams, with at least 3 years as a Scrum Master
• Expertise in Agile practices and iterative development processes
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across all organizational levels
• High level of organization and ability to manage conflicting priorities effectively
