Senior Scrum Master

Job Summary

To support a high-visibility, enterprise-scale program, the remote contract Senior Scrum Master will lead Agile team execution, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, and coach team members on SAFe principles while ensuring alignment with program objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate all Agile Scrum ceremonies and ensure adherence to sprint commitments
• Coach team members on Agile and SAFe principles, promoting continuous improvement
• Collaborate with the Release Train Engineer to provide team metrics and manage cross-team dependencies

Required Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience, a Master's degree with 3 years of experience, or a PhD with 0 years of experience
• 7+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile software development projects
• Demonstrated expertise in facilitating Scrum ceremonies and coaching teams in SAFe frameworks
• Strong ability to analyze and interpret Agile metrics
• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
