Senior Scrum Master

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Senior Scrum Master will facilitate Agile processes, coach teams, and ensure alignment between business goals and technical execution for key data and analytics initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams, facilitating Scrum ceremonies
• Partner with Product Owners to manage backlog, priorities, and sprint goals while tracking team progress and performance metrics
• Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile principles and promote continuous improvement

Required qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of experience as a Scrum Master
• Experience working with technical, data engineering, or BI teams
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks including Scrum and Kanban
• Experience with tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, or Confluence
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master, or equivalent certification required
