Senior Scrum Master

Job Summary

Leading Agile delivery for multiple complex software development initiatives, the contract Senior Scrum Master will guide teams through sprint cycles, utilize data-driven insights to enhance performance, and promote continuous improvement in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and demos
• Drive delivery execution across multiple concurrent initiatives while monitoring progress, risks, and dependencies
• Coach teams on Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid Agile practices, facilitating backlog management and release planning

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of Scrum Master and/or Project Management experience
• 5+ years supporting Agile software development teams
• Strong experience using Agile metrics and reporting to guide sprint planning and team performance improvements
• Deep knowledge of SDLC and Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)
• Scrum Master certification (active)
