Senior Scrum Master

Job Summary

Leading multiple cross-functional Agile teams remotely, the full-time Senior Scrum Master will ensure adherence to Scrum practices, coach stakeholders on Agile principles, and utilize Jira AI and Copilot tools to enhance team productivity and streamline workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as Scrum Master, facilitating Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, and Retrospectives while managing dependencies and aligning sprint goals
• Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile best practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and servant leadership
• Track Scrum delivery metrics and provide actionable insights to improve team performance and delivery predictability

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile delivery role
• Certifications such as CSM, PSM II, or SAFe Advanced Scrum Master preferred
• Advanced proficiency in Jira, with experience using Jira AI and Copilot for workflow optimization
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks and Scrum delivery metrics
• Understanding of the software delivery lifecycle (SDLC) and DevOps principles
