Senior Scrum Master

Job Summary

Experienced Agile delivery leaders will find a full-time remote opportunity as a Senior Scrum Master, responsible for enabling Agile delivery squads to effectively plan, execute, and improve their work while collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as Scrum Master for Agile delivery squads, facilitating ceremonies and coaching team members on Agile practices
• Plan and coordinate technology initiatives, translating high-level goals into actionable work and managing dependencies across teams
• Leverage Jira to manage backlogs and delivery metrics, ensuring transparency and accurate tracking of team progress

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Project Management, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• 10+ years of experience in Scrum Master, Agile delivery, or technology delivery roles
• Strong working knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean
• Proficiency in using Jira for backlog management and delivery metrics
• Preferred certifications include Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM II/III)
