Senior Scrum Master

Job Summary

Leading Agile practices across multiple teams, the full-time Senior Scrum Master will coach Scrum Masters, manage Agile ceremonies, and oversee the Agile Development Metrics & Quality Accountability Framework in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Set and enforce Agile standards and directly coach Scrum Masters across 12 teams
• Act as Scrum Master for 2 teams, ensuring effective backlog management and impediment removal
• Own and evolve the Agile Development Metrics & Quality Accountability Framework, translating data into actionable insights

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager in software development
• Experience with scaled Agile methodologies (e.g., SAFe, Scrum@Scale)
• Proficiency in administering Jira for Agile delivery and knowledge of GitHub workflows
• Ability to design and implement delivery and quality metrics programs
