Senior Scrum Master

Job Summary

Managing complex technical projects, the full-time Senior Scrum Master will drive agile practices, conduct Agile ceremonies, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure program delivery while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Drives agile practices and conducts Agile ceremonies, including backlog refinement, planning, iteration reviews, and retrospectives
• Develops integrated program plans, milestone schedules, and governance routines to maintain delivery visibility and stakeholder alignment
• Produces executive-ready program status reports and delivery dashboards to communicate progress, risks, and required actions

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience required
• 4+ years of experience in technical project management, program management, or a related field required
• Certification in PMP, PMI-ACP, agile methodologies, or equivalent preferred
• Strong experience with budget, team, and project management
• Ability to work well both independently and within a team-oriented environment
