Senior Scrum Master

Job Summary

Delivering complex technical project and program management assignments, the full-time Senior Scrum Master will drive agile practices, coordinate cross-functional teams, and enhance project management frameworks in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities:

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including backlog refinement, planning, and retrospectives to promote continuous improvement
• Develop integrated program plans and risk registers to maintain stakeholder alignment and delivery visibility
• Produce executive-ready status reports and dashboards to communicate program progress, risks, and required actions

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of experience in technical project management, program management, or a related field
• Certification in PMP, PMI-ACP, agile methodologies, or equivalent preferred
• Strong experience with budget, team, and project management
• Ability to work well both independently and within a team-oriented environment
