Senior Scrum Master
Job Summary
As a remote opportunity, the full-time Senior Scrum Master will serve as a servant leader and Agile coach for Enterprise Procurement technology teams, facilitating Agile practices, improving delivery predictability, and ensuring the successful execution of strategic initiatives.
Key responsibilities:
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and coach teams on Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Lean practices
- Partner with Technical Product Managers to ensure backlog readiness and support delivery planning and execution
- Drive continuous improvement by leveraging Agile metrics and facilitating retrospective discussions
Required qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or related Agile delivery role
- 3+ years of experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and coaching software development teams
- 2+ years of strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile delivery practices
- 2+ years of experience with Agile delivery tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps
- Ability to influence outcomes and drive alignment without direct authority
