Senior Scrum Master

Job Summary

Providing leadership and coaching in a remote environment, the full-time Senior Scrum Master will facilitate cross-functional agile teams in technology development, manage project plans, and remove impediments to ensure timely delivery of projects.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate daily scrum, sprint planning, and iteration meetings while monitoring sprint progress
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, and resource allocation
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert for agile methodologies, guiding teams on best practices and Agile governance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I) preferred
• 4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or project manager within a software development team
• Experience with various Agile techniques and methodologies, including User Stories and Continuous Integration
• Proven ability to navigate complex organizational situations and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders
