Senior Scrum Master
Job Summary
Enabling effective Agile delivery, the full-time Senior Scrum Master will manage Scrum teams, facilitate ceremonies, and collaborate with Product Owners to ensure alignment with organizational priorities in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manages one or more Scrum teams, ensuring effective execution of assigned workstreams
- Facilitates Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Identifies and mitigates risks, dependencies, and impediments impacting delivery
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- 4+ years of relevant professional experience in Agile delivery environments
- Agile or Scrum certification (e.g., CSM, PSM, SAFe) required
- Experience managing budget burn, velocity, risks, and dependencies
- Strong understanding of Agile values, principles, and methodologies
