Senior SDET (Java / JUnit)

Job Summary

Working remotely or in a hybrid capacity in Cary, NC, the full-time Senior SDET (Java / JUnit) will maintain and create high-quality test automation, analyze application quality metrics, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance software quality and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and create high-quality test automation and provide key data points for metrics-based decision making
• Produce and analyze metrics that illustrate application quality and drive quality engineering direction
• Collaborate with development, product, operations, and support peers to ensure quality is a key design element in all work efforts

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related quantitative field
• 8+ years of software testing/development/programming experience
• Experience developing or testing Java and JUnit in Windows and Linux environments
• Strong knowledge of test frameworks and JUnit testing
• Experience using CVS, Gerrit, Git, or GitHub for source code management and code review
