Job Summary

Leading technology analysis and custom workflow solutions, the full-time Senior Search Consultant will manage client-facing Keyword Search Consultation services and drive innovation in search consulting workflows while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the analysis and implementation of technology and GenAI-enabled workflows to enhance data management and client deliverables
• Conduct expert Keyword Search Consultation services, developing custom solutions and reports for clients
• Mentor junior team members and participate in initiatives to improve team efficiency and service standardization

Required qualifications

• Proficiency in DART syntax, dtSearch syntax, and IQ ECA technology
• Experience in developing and documenting workflow strategies and standard operating procedures
• Demonstrated ability to conduct complex analyses and develop innovative solutions
• Strong background in search consultation services and quality control protocols
• Experience in mentoring and training team members
